Short Biography

 

Alejandro Joel Miramontes was born in Beaumont, Texas on May 31, 1995.  He graduated from Katy High School, where he performed as the Lead guitarist with the Katy High School Jazz Band.  Alejandro graduated from Texas State University, in San Marcos, Texas, where he studied and majored in Jazz Studies and Guitar Performance, with a minor in Business Administration.   Alejandro began to show an interest in music at an early age, when he taught himself to play the piano.  At age ten he began training in percussion, followed by electric bass and guitar at the age of twelve.   He has also participated in Battle of the Band Competitions and Various Talent Shows, where he has won various awards.  Alejandro is also a talented composer and song writer in a variety of genres, such as jazz, pop, and rock.  One of his original compositions, View of Memories, earned him first place at a summer 2012 talent show.    In 2021, Alejandro will be moving to Nashville, TN to continue his music career and explore larger opportunities.   In 2022-23, Alejandro made his appearance in Nashville playing with a travel band, and forming his own band, "Ollie and the Space Cadetz".  He released his Music Video "Miracle" in 2023, and he continues exciting and performance at venues throughout Nashville!
